Increase Your Libido the Natural Way



Did you know that the secret to fabulous sex starts in your kitchen? Well, eehum. . . and with that I don't mean your kitchen floor! I'm talking about some natural foods that could be found in your fridge and in your kitchen cabinets that may help to boost your libido. The saying; We are what we eat, is so true. What you eat during the day may actually have a huge impact on your accomplishment between the sheets at night. Below, I have put together an A-Z list of libido boosting foods that will jump-start your sex-drive naturally.



A
Almonds are good source of fatty acids which is crucial to produce male hormones. This healthy nut is rich in amino acid that improves blood circulation and enhances the erectile response. The mere scent of almonds is found to arouse a woman's sex drive. purported to act as an aphrodisiac

Fortunately, many of them are quite delicious and already in my diet. Some of the others I will have to give a try. The problem becomes what to do with the resulting ravenous libido if I have no one to be libidinous for?! :/ Thanks for the fun and educational post!

  7. Hmmm. . . yes Rick, that could definitely be a huge problem to solve! I never thought about the damaging consequences. Since we both are in the same boat, I think the best thing for you, is to strictly refrain yourself from sauerkraut and I, on the other hand, should stack up on broccoli. By the way, I did not know, there were such a word as "libidinous" Lol!

  9. That’s a great list you came up with! Who knew that the fruits and veggies we consume have so many health benefits? I’ve also heard that fenugreek and its seeds boost testosterone production in men which also helps to improve stamina and sexual performance. I read about it in Ageless Male reviews. For now, I plan to include as many of these foods as I can in my everyday meals. Thanks so much!
