Living With Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome - Take a Couple of Tylenol's and You'll Be Fine

. . . Take a couple of Tylenol's and you'll be fine
. . . Oh, I have those pains too
. . . Everyone has pain
Meditate and yoga are all you need

  1. Sannel, it must be frustrating at times to suffer from a disease that so few understand. It must be tiring to have to explain it so often and have people still not understand. I'm beginning to see why so many people suffer from it in silence and alone, growing tired of trying to explain this invisible illness. Thanks for these weekly posts, I can attest that they've helped at least one person understand more ... me! Thank you!

  2. Most roads allow for travel both directions. They meet when they meet, yet never really touch. Ponder equality taught and respected in Sweden most highly. Tim has a me and an I. Sannel has a me and an I. Rick has a me and an I. Max has a me and an I. Equal of thought. When the road is narrow passage becomes impossible for all. Ponder the crossroad of four. Remember to smile and have fun, fun, fun . . .

  3. Rick, yes it's very tiring to have to try to explain all the time. Tiring to hear all well-intentional people open their mouths and say well-meaning but many times ignorant advice. It's not like I have not tried everything there possible is to make me feel okay again!?

Well, all this has teach me not to talk about my illness to anyone anymore. It just takes too much of my energy.

I wish more people were like you, my friend. You truly do everything in your power to learn about my illness, so you can understand me, and help me in the process. That's what I call a true friend.
Thank you, Rick! You have no idea how much that means to me.

Your lovely comments are my reward.
Thank you !
